The fifth edition of the International Conference “Europe as a Global Actor,”  organized by the Centre for International Studies at Iscte – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (CEI), in partnership with OBSERVARE/UAL, scheduled for May 4-5, 2020, is currently cancelled until further notice, in light of institutional recommendations to contain the spread of COVID-19.
