Constituição, Segurança do Estado e Estados de Exceção Constitucional no Ciberespaço

O investigador do CEI-IUL e professor da Academia Militar, Nuno Lemos Pires, proferiu recentemente uma comunicação intitulada “Constituição, Segurança do Estado e Estados de Exceção Constitucional no Ciberespaço,” no âmbito da I Conferência Internacional de Lisboa sobre Segurança da Informação e Direito Constitucional do Ciberespaço. A Conferência – organizada pelo CIDP-ICJP, em parceria com o CIJIC, com o Apoio Institucional da AFCEA Portugal, do CNCS, e da FCT – teve lugar nos dias 17 e 18 de Novembro de 2016, na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa.

A esse propósito, o investigador foi entrevistado pela plataforma Sapo24.
